My Experience on the Football Field
My experiences on the field of football made me realize the value of working in a team. Teamwork in order to achieve the same goal is very crucial. Also, it means being trustworthy and accountable. These are the most crucial lessons I have learned through football. What can I do to apply these lessons to improve my life? The first thing is that football helps you develop the importance of perseverance. When times are tough it is important to stick to it. The team spirit you build in the field can be extremely valuable for professional life and being a great co-worker is essential to succeed. Also, football lets you learn to deal with failing. There is no one who would want to be a part of a team that loses but learning to recognize the efforts of the team losing will help you handle failure and rejection.
